Every listing must submit a government-issued ID and a live verification selfie before approval. Each submission is reviewed by a human, and any main photo change triggers re-verification.

Is Onyx Suite an agency?

No. Onyx Suite is a directory. Everyone listed sets their own rates and availability independently, and Onyx Suite takes no booking commission.

How do I report a fake or inaccurate listing?

Use the Report function on any profile page. Reports are investigated within 24 hours and listings are removed if the report is substantiated.

Which Australian cities does Onyx Suite cover?
